FAQs

Commissions

Do you take commissions?

I do! I open a small number of commission spots every few months. If you’ve got a memory, heirloom, or family moment you’d love captured in oil pastel, head to the Commissions page to see what’s available — or pop your name on the waitlist.

How much do commissions cost?

Prices start at $200 for A4 and go up depending on size and detail. Larger custom pieces and framing advice can be discussed too.

How long does a commission take?

Usually around 3–5 weeks, depending on the size and how many commissions I’m working on at the time. I’ll give you a clearer timeframe when we lock it in — and I’ll keep you updated along the way (promise, no ghosting).

Do you sell prints of commissions?

Nope — commissions are one-of-a-kind and made just for you. I don’t sell prints of custom pieces, so your artwork stays completely yours (just like Nonna’s secret sauce recipe).

Shipping & returns

Where are you based?

I’m in sunny little Brissy, Australia!

Do you ship internationally?

Sure do. Whether you’re around the corner or across the globe, I’ll do my best to get your artwork to you safely. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Originals: I pack and ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Prints: These are made to order, so allow 7–10 business days before dispatch.
Tracking will be sent as soon as your piece is on its way.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes — just select it at checkout!

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please lodge a complaint directly with the courier — you’ll need your tracking number and clear photo evidence of the damage.

While I can’t control what happens after your order leaves my hands, I absolutely want you to be happy with your piece — so please keep me in the loop and I’ll do my best to help where I can.

Do you accept returns?

Because each piece is made or printed to order, I don’t accept change-of-mind returns. That said, if there’s a genuine issue with your order, just reach out — I’m human, and I want you to love what you receive.
